I worked this afternoon at the office(1-6pm). BORING! Earlier in the day, Kelly and I decided officially on the name of our real estate investment company - Park Avenue Associates LLC. Sounds professional, huh? Hopefully, we will soon purchase a property to remodel.
In other news, I was hoping the deed for the property I purchased in Wichita Falls would be here today so I can head back down there to file it and find out just exactly what I bought. Unfortunately, Its not here. Maybe tomorrow. - Joshua
